Today we are working on Twitter and Facebook.

We looked at the insights for the Facebook page:

Male Female
41% 59%
13-17 3% 6%
18-24 20% 26%
25-34 11% 14%
35-44 4% 7%
45-54 3% 4%
55+ 1% 2%

We also tweeted out the current weather because it is actually bright and sunny! Then we had a reply that said:

neiltorda @WCU You should include pics when you say what it looks like. pictures of the snow, or the sun, etc….

So we posted a link to our live web cam and the WCU university flikr.

Laura and I also discussed promoting the Catamount Clothing and Gifts Bookstore. She said for us to promote them, we need to ask them for something. We can have a collaboration.

It is always important to work with others, especially on the same campus. We can all promote each other!

We have also decided to upload real time pictures as a result of a few comments on twitter:

jhackamack@wcu For those of us on iPhones, having to close tweetie and navigate to wcu.edu or flickr every time we want to see an image isn’t fun.

jhackamack @wcu The live web cam is a good start, but I’m with @neiltorda pictures from around campus would be better. Static shots are dull.

neiltorda @WCU You should include pics when you say what it looks like. pictures of the snow, or the sun, etc….

So I actually went outside and took pictures. I uploaded them through TweetDeck!
