One of the marketing 2014 trends in the form of focus on content has already come true this year with Klout and Buffer both switching their platforms around to focus on tailored content. Buffer is my favorite scheduler and it's extremely easy to use. They're reliable and I recommend them before most other schedulers. Recently, they added suggested posts to the dashboard a few weeks before Klout decided to switch things up too.
They're usually pretty good suggestions, though I wasn't impressed with the ones for today. Buffer focuses around things you've shared in the pasts and things you talk about via your platforms. It's easy to add the suggested content to your Buffer lineup as well.
I'm honestly not a big fan of Klout. I think their vanity metrics and influencer tactics don't have a lot of valuable meaning.With their new direction, this is what content should be about: being a helpful resource.

As you can see, they also have the create, share and schedule options. They still provide your score updates via the measure option as well and say more analytics will be available soon.
I think this is the next step these types of social media dashboards needed. Of course we can all find our own content to share, but they take the extra step for you and find content that not only you'll want to share, but content your audience will find valuable as well. They've switched their focus to help users and I like the way this is looking.
These platforms could also be helpful for finding useful content for brands as well. They have a variety of content to share & it could be good to test for your clients.
