I will be working for 3 hours today [10 AM- 1 PM]
I always sign in to the event marketing account on the computer and check WCU's social media.
I usually start with Facebook by updating the status, answering questions, posting the week's events, deleting anything unprofessional, and more.
Todays status says:
Have a wonderful first day of classes! Remember, the bookstore is open Mon. -Thur. Jan 11th - 14th 8:00am - 6:00pm, Fri. Jan 15th 8:00am - 5:00pm, and Sat. Jan 16th 12noon - 4:00pm. ADD/DROP CLASSES ENDS FRIDAY the 15th without penalty.

Updating info, like me just updating the orientation counselors, adding WCU's main phone #, and other stuff like that, keeps people informed and updated to the latest news of what's going on here at WCU.
After talking with Laura about todays events & such, we created an Event Checklist for everyone. It includes who is attending, who is writing the review, social media for it, is it on the calendar, etc.
I created events for about 5 WCU events on facebook and researched the events
